Welcome to GoLive ATS. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the GoLive ATS platform, including the public website, candidate portal, recruiter workspaces, and client workspaces (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
GoLive ATS is an applicant tracking and recruitment platform. It is used by candidates, recruiters, account managers, operations managers, and clients to manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, workforce management, client submissions, and related business operations.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. Candidates must be of legal working age in the country of the role they are applying to.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not:
- Upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content.
- Attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or its security controls.
- Use automated systems to scrape data from the Service without written
authorization.
5. Content You Provide
You retain ownership of the content you upload (for example, your CV, cover letter, and supporting documents). You grant GoLive ATS a limited licence to store, process, and share that content strictly for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy — primarily, matching you with opportunities and enabling recruiters and clients to consider you for roles you have applied to.
6. No Guarantee of Employment
GoLive ATS is a platform that connects candidates with opportunities. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLive ATS disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLive ATS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoLive ATS is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
