GoLive ATS treats security as a core product requirement. Highlights of our approach:
- Encryption in transit for all traffic between users and the
Service.
- Encryption at rest for personal information stored in our
database and object storage.
- Role-based access control (RBAC) so users only see the data
their role authorizes.
- Row-level security enforced in the database, not just in the
application layer.
- Audit logging of significant actions (uploads, exports, role
changes, consent acceptance).
- Least-privilege service credentials scoped narrowly per module.
- Immutable original CVs; derived documents never overwrite the
source.
- Human-in-the-loop for every recruitment decision — automation
assists, humans decide.
