Employer (Client) Terms
Clients that receive candidate information through GoLive ATS agree to:
- Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment activities.
- Maintain the confidentiality of candidate information.
- Not redistribute candidate data to third parties without authorization.
- Respect applicable privacy laws in every jurisdiction where they
operate.
- Use GoLive ATS in accordance with the commercial terms agreed between
the client and GoLive ATS.
Clients acknowledge that candidate privacy controls are enforced automatically and that some fields may be redacted or hidden in client-facing documents.
