Recruiter Code of Conduct

Recruiters using GoLive ATS agree to:

Handle candidate information confidentially.
Use candidate information only for authorized recruitment activities.
Respect the privacy settings each candidate has configured.
Avoid unauthorized downloads, exports, or sharing of candidate data.
Follow the recruitment policies of their organization.
Never misrepresent a candidate's experience, qualifications, or

availability to a client.

Violations may result in access being suspended or terminated and, where applicable, referred to the recruiter's employer or the relevant authorities.
