Candidate Consent
Before submitting a CV through GoLive ATS, every candidate must confirm each of the following:
- All information provided is true and accurate.
- You own or have the right to upload the CV and supporting documents.
- You authorize GoLive ATS to process your information for recruitment
purposes.
- You understand your information may be shared with prospective
employers only for roles you apply to or are being considered for.
- You understand GoLive ATS does not guarantee interviews or employment.
- You agree not to upload malicious, illegal, or copyrighted material
that you do not have permission to use.
When you submit your application, GoLive ATS records the version of the consent you accepted, the timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user agent. This record is kept as an audit trail of your consent.
